We know that it can often feel like the costs can escalate quickly. This is something that we would like to change. Here at London IVF and Genetics Centre, we’re committed to being as transparent and upfront with you as we possibly can and helping uncover the right treatment plan for you. Below we have outlined some of the costs involved with IVF treatment.
How Do We Combat These Concerns?
We think that the best way for us to be transparent with you is to present our costs and pricing structures clearly and upfront. You don’t have to book a consultation to find out our IVF costs because we have them listed on our website. We have clear prices and packages for both our London clinic and Milton Keynes clinic.
We’ve also bundled the costs of fertility treatments together to make it easy for you to get the cost of the whole package upfront. This means that not only do you get the full price, but you also know exactly what is included in all of our packages. This makes it easy for you to start to determine which direction you want to go in with your fertility treatments, keeping IVF costs and processes in mind the entire time.
What Are the Costs Involved?
We have several different IVF packages available through our clinic, each of which offers a different set of benefits and treatments. We want to make sure that you have everything that you need to boost your chances of a successful pregnancy, which is why we’ve packaged all of those little extras together with our IVF costs.
The Basic IVF Package
This is our basic package and it is inclusive of a range of costs associated with IVF treatment. For example, this package includes the hormone treatment monitoring scans, monitoring blood tests, egg retrieval, fertilisation, growth and implantation of the embryo. A lot of highly skilled work goes into completing a cycle of IVF and you should bear this in mind when looking at IVF costs. If you are successful, then it also includes the first pregnancy scan. Additionally, we will suggest preparatory tests for IVF to ensure that you have the best possible chance of a successful pregnancy. This may not form part of the package cost, and you can pay an additional fee to maximise your chances of conceiving. It also doesn’t include the service for freezing embryos though.
The Multi-Cycle IVF
This package is more expensive, however, it includes everything that comes with the basic IVF package for two fresh cycles. Additionally, it also includes blastocyst culture and HFEA fee. It does not include medications and infection screening. This is an ideal choice for anyone who would like to give themselves the best chance of falling pregnant and it is designed for patients under the age of 44. This package also includes a pregnancy scan at 7 weeks for successful treatments and a consultation with one of our professionals should a cycle be unsuccessful. It is important to note that this package does not include the freezing of embryos.
The all-Inclusive IVF package
This includes all what forms part of our basic IVF package, but also includes an infection screening for both partners before the start of the treatment. We also include the HFEA fee and sedation needed for egg retrieval. In addition, we include the costs of any fertility medications that might be used during the process and this is a cost that will be dependent on your circumstances. This package is available for women under the age of 35 who have good ovarian reserves.
Is Anything not Included?
These packages don’t include the initial consultation that you’ll undergo at our clinic. Any work that you might do with us prior to starting your IVF treatment, including ultrasound scans and semen analysis will incur an additional cost. We are happy to give you estimates for these costs by contacting our consultants today.
